FITS MOST HEADS
This thermal neoprene hat for swimming is Medium-Large size. It will fit adult heads from 55-59cm circumference measuring around the forehead. The stretchable neoprene fabric means that the hat can be worn by most men or women. (Model's head is 59cm with a lot of hair). If you consider yourself to have a large head, this may be too small.

This swimming hat features an under the chin strap, which is adjustable with Velcro. You can change the tightness of the neoprene swimming cap to suit your needs. The chin band will also ensure the neoprene hat stays on your head whilst swimming.
