Our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date after the day of delivery. Any products which have a manufacturing fault are eligible for a full refund or replacement. If you are not totally satisfied with the product or have ordered the incorrect size you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. All other cost will be refunded upon return of the product. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be sent back in exactly the same condition as you received it so that we can sell it to another customer. The cost of return postage will be paid by you unless the item is faulty.
To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us for full instructions and the return address which will vary according to the type of return. Please do not send any items back until you have had confirmation from us and received the instructions on how to do so.
Refunds 
Once your product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that the payment may take a few days to show up in your account. If you have waited for 7 days since you received our confirmation email please contact us at info@swimcell.com.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour the cost of all shipping will be charged to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like a straight exchange - for the same item, send us an email at info@swimcell.com and include a photo of the defect or damage we will then assess whether we need the product returned or whether we will just send you a new item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
