I walk a lot in narrow country lanes where even in daylight you can be unseen by a lorry, car or tractor. They aren’t really comfortable on my upper arm because even though elasticated the fit is a bit like a tourniquet, but they are more effective around my wrists and above gloves anyway as the reflection is moving more when seen by a vehicle driver.

Not used yet for runs or for hockey match as a captain’s band. But my teenager has tried on and they fit securely on him and also on my husband.The Velcro seems firm and item well made so I can’t see why there would be any problems during activity. I will change review if necessary after trying out properly this week!

Great if you’re a 12 year old girl or an Ethiopian long distance runner, but if you’re a normal sized bloke with normal size arms, these will not fit.
