Our SwimCell 4mm Ear Warmer Headbands and Swimming Hats for outdoor swimming are one of the thickest on the market protecting your ears and head from cold wind and water. Each Headband and Swimming hat is bright on one side and sleek black on the other allowing you to increase your visibility in the water or to blend in when you want to.

Both the swim hat and the swimming headband are 4mm thick making them perfect for keeping the heat from escaping your head. This headband and hat for open water swimming can even be worn together giving you a whopping 8mm of ear warmth! 

Use either of these together with our waterproof ear plugs to stop water getting in your ears helping to prevent Swimmer's Ear.
